My name is Tessa and I'm a self-taught baker and artist from the Mad River Valley. I love the patience and process that baking requires, and cherish seeing customers' faces light up when they see their vision realized in front of them. I'm always game to make my classic buttercream and moist cakes, but also enjoy taking on the challenge of pastries or savory bites.
